A Eco Sistema em breve lançará o calendário oficial 2009 do Programa de Formação Profissional. Este programa tem como objetivo oferecer cursos de especialização (400 horas) e de qualificação (de 8 a 220 horas) profissional para as áreas de gestão de recursos naturais, desenvolvimento socioambiental, tecnologia em energia renováveis e meio ambiente. O programa é orientado pelo princípio da sustentabilidade e valoração do patrimônio natural.

Os cursos são estruturados em pedagogia experiencial em comunhão com as visões, princípos e valores de Kurt Hanh e do Prinzip Max von Baden, fundadores da Schloss Schule Salem em Bodense na Alemanha e da reforma pedagógica da alemã em 1920. Esta escola é dirigida por 7 princípios que são compartilhados desde 1930. O conteúdo das disciplinas são aplicados em aulas práticas (60%) e teóricas (40%). A sede operacional da Eco Sistema é o Parque Natural do Sauá localizado na região da Pedra Branca em Monteiro Lobato.

The Seven Laws of Salem

The ideas and intentions which triggered the foundation of Schule Schloss Salem by Kurt Hahn and Prince Max of Baden in 1920 and their first practical experiences flowed into the formulation of the so-called ‘Seven Laws of Salem’ around 1930.

They express the principles of Salem education, and in their different versions in German and English they underpin life and work at Salem to this day. 

First Law: Provide young people the chance to discover themselves and face challenges.  

Second Law: Provide young people with the experience of both victory and defeat.

Third Law: Teach them to put pursuit of the common good before personal ambition.

Fourth Law: Make time for silence - make space for comtemplation.

Fifth Law: Train imagination and the ability to look ahead and plan.

Sixth Law: Take sports and games seriously, but do not let them dominate.

Seventh Law: Liberate the children of the rich and the powerful from the paralyzing awareness of their privilege.

Die sieben Salemer Gesetze

Die Impulse, aus denen heraus Kurt Hahn und Prinz Max von Baden 1920 die Schule Schloss Salem gründeten, kristallisierten sich zusammen mit den ersten praktischen Erfahrungen um 1930 zu den sogenannten ‘Sieben Salemer Gesetzen’.

Sie formulieren die Grundprinzipien Salemer Erziehung, und in ihren verschiedenen Varianten in Deutsch und Englisch bestimmen sie Leben und Arbeiten in Salem bis heute.

Erstes Gesetz: Gebt den Jugendlichen Gelegenheit, sich selbst zu entdecken.

Zweites Gesetz: Sorgt dafür, daß Jugendliche Erfolg und Niederlage erleben.

Drittes Gesetz: Schafft den Jugendlichen Gelegenheiten, sich über die gemeinsame Sache selbst zu vergessen.

Viertes Gesetz: Schafft Zeiten des Schweigens - Schafft Raum für Sammlung.

Fünftes Gesetz: Übt die Vorstellungskraft, die Fähigkeit vorauszuschauen und zu planen.

Sechstes Gesetz: Nehmt Spiel und Sport ernst, aber laßt sie nicht beherrschend sein.

Siebtes Gesetz: Befreit die Kinder der Reichen und Einflussreichen von dem lähmenden Bewußtsein ihrer Bevorzugung.
